It starts with your story.
We didn’t start with a big idea about marketing. We started with the people it keeps leaving behind.
01 · The dream
You started with something worth sharing.
Maybe it was a clinic, a café, a design studio or an app. Maybe it began at a kitchen table, with savings you’d been putting aside for years. You knew your craft. You knew your customers. You worked late, you learned fast, and you celebrated the first person who paid you.
You didn’t start a business to become a marketer. You started it to do something you’re good at.
02 · The noise
Then the internet asked for more.
A website. Google reviews. A business profile. Instagram, every day. SEO, whatever that is. Ads, but the right ones. Everyone had an opinion, and every opinion came with a bill.
So you did what founders do. You watched videos at midnight. You fixed things yourself. You told yourself you’d sort it out properly once things calmed down. They never quite did.
03 · Two doors
Two doors. Neither felt quite right.
When you finally asked for help, there seemed to be only two choices.

And then the ground moved again.
Today, more and more people don’t scroll through search results. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google’s AI a simple question and get a short answer with a few names in it.
If your business isn’t one of those names, it isn’t because you’re not good enough. It’s because AI couldn’t find you, couldn’t understand you, or didn’t have enough reason to trust you.
The best business in the neighbourhood can still be invisible. That felt wrong to us.
